Detail Report - Detailed list of all calls made sorted by departments. This report details all the calls that were made by each department. The report is sorted by departments and sub-sorted by users. It can be used to identify which calls were made, where the calls were made, and by which department and how much time / money was spent on calls by each department.

Summary Report - Summary report sorted by departments and will state the number of calls made, time duration and costs per department. This report will summarise the number of calls made, the time duration and the cost incurred by each department spends the most time on the phone, pr costs the company most money in terms of telecom usage.

Detail Report - Detailed list of all calls made sorted by users. This report details all the calls that were made by each user. It can be used to identify to which location were calls made by each user and how much time / money was spent on the calls by each user.

Summary Report - Summary report of all calls made by each user with the number of calls made, time duration and the costs incurred. This report will summarise the number of calls made, time duration and costs incurred by each person in the company.

Detail Report - All IDD calls listed according to which country the calls were made to. This report is sorted by countried names with all the calls made to a particular country appearing below it. At the end of the report. the report summary prints the number of calls made, time duration and the costs attributed to each country.

Summary Report - Summary report sorted by countries with the number of calls made, time duration and costs incurred for each country to which the calls were made to. This report can be used to quickly identify the countries which the most number of calls made to.

Detail Report - Detail report of all calls made using Pin / Account Codes. This report can be used in companies where Account / Pin Codes are used for either roaming telephone users or for keeping track of time spent on each client. This report is sorted by Account Codes.

Detail Report With Class - Detail report of all calls made using Pin / Account Codes. The difference between this report determine which calls are personal (i.e. Class P) and which calls are business (i.e Class B).

Most Frequently Called Numbers Summary Report - This report lists the X number of most frequently called numbers. X is a varaible that can be selected by the user.
For example, the user may want to know 30 of the most frequently called numbers. This report can be sorted by time duration, costs incurred or number of calls. It is also possible to print X number of the most expensive or longest calls.

Contact List - A list of all contacts and their registered numbers.

Top N Calls Report by User - This report prints the top N telephone users according to various criteria such as the number of calls made, time duration on the phone or the costs incurred.

Top N Calls Report by Number - This report prints the top N telephone numbers according to various data such as the number of calls made, time duration on the phone or the costs incurred.

|
Detailed Report - A detail report of all calls that were made but which the system wad not able to identify as either a registered user in the system or a registered destination. This report is useful in identifying extensions that may actually be used in the company but are not registered in the system. It can also be used to identifu certain destinations for which the rates may not exist in the system and hence preventing the system form calculating the costs incurred. Once identified, you can either key in the users/ destinations and reparse the calls again.
